Full design, mobilization, installation, and commissioning of an operational Mud Plant for HICO Energy serving PetroGulf Egypt. The project covered mud handling, mixing tanks, storage tanks, and fluid management systems engineered to withstand the demands of the Gebel El-Zeit environment.

Design, mobilization, installation, and commissioning of a full Mud Plant for HICO Energy's Petroweb operation in the Abu Qir offshore area. Included integrated fluid handling, mixing, and storage infrastructure.

24/7 Night Commissioning & Startup Operations
Round-the-clock field commissioning of mud plant systems, demonstrating IPS's capacity to mobilize and operate under any schedule. Piping integration, pump testing, and tank system verification conducted under full artificial lighting.
Solid Control
Dry Location & Solid Control Services – Western Desert
Multi-year contract providing dry location systems and solid control services for Qarun Petroleum operations. Scope included shale shaker supervision, centrifuge operations, cuttings flow management, and NPT reduction support.
Waste Management
Certified Cutting Boxes – Equipment Mobilization
Supply and mobilization of 120 certified cutting boxes (4.9–5.5 m³) for multiple clients. Boxes delivered with full lifting certification, environmental sealing, and HSE-compliant documentation across GOS and land operations.
Field Team
Ongoing Field Supervision & Client Coordination
IPS field engineers and management conduct regular site inspections to monitor equipment performance, coordinate with client supervisors, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Direct client engagement is a cornerstone of IPS service delivery — ensuring accountability from mobilization to demobilization.
Drilling Fluid Waste Management – South Sudan
Direct contract for the provision of drilling fluid waste management and treatment services at Paloug field, South Sudan. Demonstrated IPS's capability to operate beyond Egypt's borders under challenging conditions.
Filtration Unit Rental – Simitar & Enviro-Sol
Multiple rental contracts for Parker Twin Filter units deployed at Simitar-EMEC and Enviro-Sol sites. Contracts covering 3 to 7 months, supporting produced water treatment and fluid cleanliness requirements.
